What products does Henson offer?

We currently offer a wide range of tennis apparel products across Womens, Mens, Girls, Boys and Accessories. Our plans are to increase choice across all ranges with new innovative products and designs that are on-trend with the market.

How do I know which size fits me?

Each product page includes a size chart which is a guide. If
you have any specific questions, please feel free to contact us at support@hensontennis.com before placing your order.

For Girl's skirts - please double-check waist size Vs size charts as you may need a smaller age size than actual size.

When will I receive my order?

We aim to deliver all orders within 2-3 business days.

The item I ordered doesn't quite fit, can I exchange it for a different size?

You can return an item if:

  • You have received the item in damaged condition.
  • You want to exchange the same item for a different size.
  • The item is different from what you expected, and you would like to exchange it for a different item.

Please ensure the item is packed securely to prevent any damage during transit and use the pre-paid return label that you will receive from us once the return has been approved.

How to request an exchange:

Write to us at support@hensontennis.com including the order number and notifying us of your intention to exchange an item. You have two options when wanting to return an item and exchange it.

  1. Return the original item and wait for us to receive this and send the new item to you.
  2. Return the original item, and in the meantime, purchase the new item if you need it sooner and we will refund the original item once we receive it.

Time period to request an exchange:

The period of time to request an exchange is 14 days from the date of receiving the original item.

What is your returns & refund policy?

Please refer to our refund policy within the footer area of the website. This also includes our exchange policy.

How long do I have to return an order?

14 days from the date you receive your order.

Do you ship outside of New Zealand?

As a new start-up, we currently only ship within New Zealand although we have plans to expand to international markets in due course.
